Improve the user experience with UX Design
UX Design improves the user experience by improving the use value and usability of your service or product. It is a collaborative design method that alternates creativity, prototyping, and testing.
Designing means thinking about the impact that a design will have on the user and designing it in such a way that it is understood (function), useful (use) and positive (satisfaction).
Our credo, the useful experience, is more than a simple digitization of existing services, it is the creation of value-added solutions that aim to be useful, to create emotions with positive ends, to generate qualitative and responsible experiences.
Ergonomics, creativity, graphic skills, operational realism and empathy are the qualities we demand at JEMS. Also, the UX / UI Designer and his team, consultants, functional project manager, graphic designers will concretize the proposals through a creative design process in five steps:
Research (UX)
Audit the user context, understand the needs and expectations of your users (insights, surveys, field studies, interviews), identify irritants and existing solutions |
|
Ideation (UX)
Generate ideas and concepts in design thinking and ideation workshops. Share and co-design the outlines of the solution with a user-centric vision based on the value of use and the concrete resolution of the problems posed. Innovation, audacity and freedom are the driving forces behind ideation. |
|
Prototyping (UX)
Co-design and development of screens and services (interfaces, content structuring and interactions) via a functional prototype |
|
Modeling (UI)
Produce the final mock-ups of the solution in accordance with the technical constraints and in iteration with the feedback from the user tests. Feed the Design System. |
|
Testing (UX/UI)
Validate concepts BEFORE entering the development phase (pivot or continue) with users (because you are not the representative end users). |
An agile UX Design methodology that improves project delivery
At each stage (sprint), the proposals are validated in an iterative work flow process, with the major orientations being arbitrated in a steering committee with the light of user feedback.
In this way, UX design, integrated into an operational and qualitative DesignOps approach, allows for a holistic approach to solutions, guaranteeing rapid delivery, overall continuous improvement and a viable and efficient final product that can be used immediately by the technical teams.
