Societal pillar

The societal pillar of CSR at JEMS consists of engaging employees in favor of society and stakeholders (associations, institutions, schools) by participating in associative projects with impact. All the missions carried out by our employees are aligned with the 4 JEMS values: commitment, agility, audacity and diversity. JEMS is committed to a sustainable, transparent and ethical approach through compliance with all regulations.

I. JEMS employees’ commitment to solidarity

JEMS joined the Vendredi platform in 2022. Vendredi enables us to facilitate the involvement of our employees in their volunteering and solidarity actions. It offers us a way of coordinating and tracking our employees’ social and environmental initiatives, while promoting a positive impact in society. Missions can be carried out on employees’ personal or professional time, at a rate of two days per employee per year.

In total, JEMS grants almost 1,000 days a year for community involvement. Employees also have the opportunity to involve associations to which they already volunteer, or even to create special missions for JEMS employees.

II. CSR Ambassadors at JEMS

The network of CSR ambassadors at JEMS is an essential link in our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. Volunteers in all our branches, they act as relays for our CSR actions. They play a key role in representing JEMS at major events, such as the promotion of diversity and equal opportunities, while ensuring that our initiatives are implemented around the 4 fundamental pillars of our CSR: social, societal and environmental, governance. They strengthen our local roots and actively contribute to achieving our objectives and raising the profile of our CSR policy.
