Our business is simple: enabling companies to unlock the full potential of their data. We are experts in the creation, management and operation of data platforms to enhance the value of our customers’ data patrimony. Thanks to our unique “data-centric” methodology, and strong partnerships with all the major software publishers, we help our customers make the most of their data, and treat it as a patrimony that will enable them to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. Because nobody else has your data. Thanks to this methodology, your technical debt is erased and your ecological impact is reduced.

Since 2020, data flows have overtaken goods flows in world trade. 30% of GDP is now linked to data-centric services. Clearly, data is now the beating heart of innovation and growth. Our history
JEMS was founded in 2002 by Éléna Gihan, focusing on IT services for the financial markets. In 2012, the company turned to big data with the acquisition of EDIS Consulting, led by Nicolas Laroche and Cyrille Coqueret. In 2018, the offering expanded into digital services, followed by a succession of strategic acquisitions and a change of shareholder in 2023.
These key milestones have shaped our expertise and broadened our spectrum of action, enabling us to become the leading expert in the data industry today.
Our company model
An extensive company with a wide range of possibilities
JEMS has over 16 branches in France and abroad, with innovative and atypical fully restructured offices for the head office in Levallois-Perret.
Our company model is based on the “extended company” concept, which transcends traditional organizational boundaries. We offer our customers competency centers and service centers, either on site or in our secure premises. In this way, an employee can work for different customers in different agencies, telecommuting or locally, on a project or on a contract basis.

As a data and digital expert, JEMS is committed to a number of key initiatives in the field of Responsible Digital (NR). We are one of the 0.05% of companies in France with an SBTI greenhouse gas reduction trajectory. If we add our certification actions with OPQUAST, our Numérique Responsable label (in progress), the climate impact assessment of our projects and the awareness-raising of over 30% of our employees on this subject, JEMS places NR at the top of its strategy.
The inclusion of people with disabilities is at the heart of our concerns. We strive to create a working environment that is accessible to all, by adapting our infrastructures and raising our teams’ awareness of the importance of integration and respect for diversity. As proof of this, we will be signing a disability agreement with DRIETS Ile de France in 2023
